Please arrive with your hair styled in its natural curly state—dry and worn down, without any hats, clips, or hair ties that could stretch or distort your curl pattern. You’re welcome to use product, and for the most accurate assessment of your curl’s shape and balance, please part your hair down the middle.

Scalp Exfoliation

If your scalp is, itchy and filled with buildup and flacky skin then you need this method of exfoliating done using the scientific brush method you can get a consultation to see if you’re a good candidate. If your scalp has bleeding or broken skin this method isn’t for you. This is an add on service for the Curl Cut and or a Curl Set. Cannot be booked alone.

Retrim

This service is for after your cut. When you go home and style yourself, you may notice some imperfections in the curl by curl cut which happens from time to time. Within two weeks from your service, please come back in with your hair styled as you wear it curly, and I will go over those areas.

Individual Twist

$75.00 deposit required

This service is for clients who are looking to wear their hair in a natural twist style using their natural hair. The twist will be put in after the clients hair care service of a wash, and a deep conditioning treatment. The client has the option of a blow dry before the twist for a more smooth soft appearance, or to have their hair twisted on wet hair in which no direct heat is added which gives the twist more of a fluffy crinkled effect. The twist is meant to be worn as the style and not as a twist out, so you will leave the salon with the twist in your hair. You can definitely take the twist out whenever you would like to. This style is for those of you who need a little time away from styling your natural hair without any added tension! Preparation for this service: please come in with your hair washed within the last two days, and easily detangled so that the preparation for your twist isn’t as time consuming.
